Sagara, also known as the Shimmering Plains of Sagara, is a vast fiefdom of open steppes, river plains and mountains, making up a good part of the eastern reaches of the Realm of Roses. The Fiefdom is led by Count Vincent Vermillion but many of its inhabitants used to be adventurers, most of whom have now settled down. The fiefdom prides itself on having a well organized military force, and being excellent problem solvers.The sagarans are also known for their vibrant, laid back culture and strong customs.
